If you are looking to buy or sell a home in Southern Oregon, I highly recommend Michael O'Coyne. We purchased a home through Mike, and I was super impressed by him throughout the process. We told him everything we were looking for in a home (price, size, location, school district, etc.), and he kept a look out for us. When a house that met our criteria showed up, he let us know before it was publicly listed. This allowed us to see the house and put in an offer immediately. When looking at homes, he informed us of potential issues that he saw, and when it was time to put in an offer, he gave us guidance on what was a fair but aggressive offer. The whole process was made easier and less stressful having Mike as our realtor. I can't recommend him enough.
